Egg Roll In a Bowl

Here’s everything you’ll need (ingredients):

• 1# Italian or turkey Sausage

• ½ tsp teaspoon grated fresh ginger

• 1 garlic clove, minced or 1 teaspoon minced jarred garlic

• ¼ cup water

• 1 bag of coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw

• 2 Tablespoons soy sauce or Liquid Aminos soy sauce alternative

Here’s what to do (instructions):

Brown sausage with water and ginger. Add garlic right before sausage is browned. Stir frequently. Do not drain sausage mixture. Stir in coleslaw or broccoli slaw. Cook on low until cabbage/broccoli is tender. May add soy sauce for additional flavor if desired.
