What: 8-week Wellness Program
When: Two sessions will be offered on Tuesdays (February 7 – March 28, 2023)
– Session 1: 3pm – 4pm
– Session 2: 5pm – 6pm
Where: Osceola Regional Health Center, Multi-Purpose Room
Cost: FREE for Wellness Center members. $20 for non-members. The cost covers the entire 8-week program.

- Weekly weigh-ins (if desired)
- Fun, wellness related discussions led by Sheila Storkbakken, ORHC Registered Dietitian
- Variety of guest speakers throughout the program!
