New Beginnings Thrift Store announces store improvements made possible by Community Foundation of Osceola County Grant
SIBLEY, Iowa – New Beginnings Thrift Store is proud to announce the completion of several store improvements funded through a generous grant from the Community Foundation of Osceola County. The grant that was received in February this year has enabled the purchase of new retail fixtures, storage solutions, and signage that have enhanced the shopping experience while strengthening the store’s ability to support local families.
Thanks to funding provided by the Community Foundation of Osceola County, New Beginnings purchased a variety of essential equipment for the store, including racks, endcaps, grid wall displays, wire towers, wire display racks, plastic storage tubs, and signage items. These additions have significantly improved the presentation and efficiency of the store.
The new fixtures allow merchandise to be displayed more effectively, making it easier for customers to shop and discover quality items. Improved signage helps shoppers find what they are looking for while additional storage assists with the organization of donations more efficiently.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Community Foundation of Osceola County for investing in our mission,” said Beth Thole, lead volunteer at New Beginnings. “These improvements not only create a better shopping experience but also help us maximize the impact of every donation and every purchase made in our store.”
Located in Sibley, Iowa, New Beginnings Thrift Store operates with a purpose that extends far beyond retail. All of the proceeds from the store benefit Bright Beginnings Child Care Center, helping provide quality child care services for families throughout the community.
By supporting New Beginnings through this grant, the Community Foundation of Osceola County has also invested in the future of Bright Beginnings Child Care Center. The improved displays and storage will hopefully help the store generate more support for the child care center.
